Mr. Satyakam Das has got 9-year experience in livelihoods promotion and cluster development programs in different districts of Odisha.

After working with several premier companies like Bombay dyeing and Pepsico India in marketing, he got associated with ACCESS Development Services from August 2011. He has performed major roles in imparting training to SHG-Federation and Cooperatives on enterprise management. Apart from training his major involvement was in developing business plan and marketing of NTFP Products such as sal seed, kendu leaves, broom grass, bahada, harida, amla, etc.

He was associated with Subhalaxmi Cooperative promoted by ACCESS Development Services under the CSR initiative of Vedanta Aluminium Ltd, Jharsuguda. His major involvement was marketing of product of Subhalaxmi such as Phenyl, Mushroom and Tomato sauce. He has good understanding of maintaining database in software-based MIS, tracking progress, documentation and reporting of livelihood programs.

He was also associated with Odisha Forestry Sector Development project (OFSDP). The primary responsibility in the project was to support SHGs in leveraging revolving loan fund, utilization of loan and preparation of business plan for the enterprises for seasonal business and bank linkage for loan.

Satyakam has good experience in Promotion and management of microenterprises, packaging and marketing of non-farm products, Marketing of FMCG products. Sales promotion and advertisement of rural products, Market mapping and feasibility analysis, Participatory Planning, Implementation and Monitoring of IGAs, Monitoring and supervision to SHGs, Farmers Group, Federation and Cooperative.

Senior Project Coordinator

A development professional having 23 years of work experience in grassroots level development programs.Experience of working with reputed organizations like Action-aid India, SabujaBiplav and ACCESS Development Services.Major areas of expertise liescommunity mobilization, Livelihood promotion, microfinance, formation and strengthening of community organization like SHG, cooperative and Producer Company. Expertise in project planning, implementation, Micro-Finance, monitoring of Livelihoods and Producer Company.

Having the experience of working at Bolangir, Koraput, Malkangiri and Jharsuguda districts of Odisha. Presently working as Senior project Coordinator, Access Development Services at Dhenkanaldist with the collaboration of TATA Steel, CSR Project.

Hands on experience in formation and strengthening of community organizations like SubhalaxmiBahumukheeMahilaSamabayaSamiti Limited under Vedanta Integrated Jana JeevikaYojana, Jharsuguda Women Agro Producer Company Limited and Kirmira Women Agro Producer Company Limited under PACS-MOVE project with ACCESS Development Services.

He has an experience on imparting training on promotion and strengthening of SHGs, Federation, Cooperative and Producer Company. Also has a good trainer for imparting training on SHG leaders and members on SHG management, Cooperative leaders and members on Cooperative management, microfinance program and different Livelihoods promotion programs.

Anil Kumar Mohanty has 14 years’ experience in accounts of SHGs and cooperative. He has Completed his Graduation in Commerce from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and MBA, Finance from Allahabad University. He has good understanding in Accounts & Finance, Microfinance, SHG-Federation, Cooperative Management, SHG Training, NGO accounts, Financial literacy, Organizational Audit. He has maintained books of accounts of Livelihood and Micro Finance project Vedanta, Jharsuguda. Before that he worked as Senior Accountant at Cooperation Development Council, Puri in Microfinance project. He has maintained Savings, credit, Insurance in Microfinance project. He has maintained Software based MIS and accounts in Subhalaxmi Cooperative under Vedanta Aluminum Ltd. He has ensured quarterly, half yearly and annual audit of Cooperative, Producer Company. He has ensured for Income Tax and GST return filling of cooperative. He has understanding the systems and procedures of the cooperative and FPO.

He has experienced of doing Loan demand estimation of Cooperative Society, SHG Gradation, Appraisal, Documentation, Financial planning. Loan appraisal and cash flow analysis of individual entrepreneurs and Cooperative. He has also experienced in delinquency management and financial report preparation of cooperative. He has generated reports and documents related to microfinance program through MIS. He has maintained both Software and manual accounts of Cooperative. He has supported to the SHG members and Cooperative members for the accounts. He has streamline he Accounts & Finance, updated book of accounts. He has ensured the accounts of four Farmers Producer company under HDFC project, now he is working as Coordinator Programme Support under Women Empowerment Enterprise, TATA STEEL BSL. He is maintaining the Tally software of Gruhalaxmi Cooperative in WEE project.

Secretary

Pankaj has more than 12 years of experience in microfinance, livelihood promotion, Institution Building, Consultancy Services and implementing Corporate Responsibilities Programs across India. He is experienced in institution building, microfinance and livelihood promotion. He has promoted & established federations and co-operatives and has provided them strategic and operational inputs to make them sustainable and viable. He has completed his post-graduation in Social Work from Indore School of Social Work, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, post achieving of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from National Institute of Social Work and Social Sciences, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Prior to joining ACCESS, he has worked for various Corporate Houses and National level NGOs and was primarily involved in Product Development for Microfinance Projects. Having worked in the states like Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Chhattisgarh and Odisha, Pankaj has successfully implemented several national/international donor funded projects on microfinance, livelihood promotion, skill development, Natural Resources Management and was also involved in providing consultancy services on SHG/Federation/Cooperative Management and Business Plan Development. He has been involved in providing capacity building and handholding support across strategic & operational issues to SHGs, Clusters & Federations in the state of Odisha and Rajasthan.

Currently, Pankaj is based out of Dhenkanal, Odisha and managing a CSR Project funded by TATA Steel Foundation. The targeted outcome of the Project is form and strengthen a community owned and controlled multi-purpose cooperative that offers livelihoods support to its members, enhancing income of the households by enabling women to set up sustainable micro enterprises, reducing the vulnerabilities of poor households and building their financial resilience to deal with risks through establishing access to financial services. Apart from managing the Project, he is also acting as the Secretary of Gruhalaxmi Cooperative promoted under the project.
